- Simply take a pan and first add chicken pieces, oil curd and rest of all ingredients.
- Close the lid. first 3,4 minutes cook on high flame then keep the flame low for about half an hour untill aroma comes out.
- After half hour, remove the lid from cook pan, if there's water still in the chicken then cook on high flame for 5 minutes or until water dries and light oil comes out..
- Take it out in serving dish and garnish with onion lemon,green chillies according to your wish.
- Serve with chapati.
