  2. Prepare 1 bunch of green onions, chopped.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of veggie oil.
  4. Prepare 1/2 of onion, chopped.
  5. You need 1/2 stick of butter.
  6. It’s 1 of carrot, chopped.
  7. Prepare 1 can of diced tomatoes and chilies.
  8. Prepare 3 tbsp of tomato paste.
  9. It’s 3 cup of water.
  10. It’s 1 of pepper, salt, cayenne, oregano & chili powder.
  11. It’s 1 of cooked rice.
  12. Prepare of seafood.
  13. You need 1 lb of crawfish or shrimp.
  14. Prepare 1 lb of catfish.
  15. It’s 3 tbsp of flour.
  16. It’s 1 tbsp of chopped garlic.
  17. You need 2 tbsp of veggie oil.
  18. It’s 1/2 stick of butter.
  19. It’s 1 cup of white wine.

Dani's Bayoubaisse instructions

  1. saute onion in oil & butter for a few mins, then add in the carrots & green onions. Cover & simmer five mins, then add remaining ingredients..
  2. simmer, partially covered, for 2 hours. do not skimp on time!.
  3. dust seafood with flour. saute garlic lightly in butter & oil, then add in seafood. saute over medium heat until golden. add wine & tomato paste, then cook 3-4 mins over low heat..
  4. toss seafood with sauce & serve over rice..
