  11. It’s 2 cloves of garlic.
  12. You need 1 tbls of ginger minced.

THAI Coconut curry turkey meatballs instructions

  1. Pre heat oven 375. Add turkey, garlic powder, curry powder, dry basil, bread crumbs. Mix together.
  2. Add egg. Mix. Make your meatballs..
  3. Place on a greased baking tray. Cook 20 mins.
  4. While turkey is cooking. Chop vegetables and saute all at one time. Ginger, bell pepper, onion, garlic. olive oil.
  5. When veggies are softened, about 5 mins, add curry paste and coconut milk..
  6. Bring to simmer for about 10 mins..
  7. Add meatballs to the curry.
  8. Simmer for a couple minutes..
  9. Add some chopped basil. Enjoy.
