Ingredients of Berry yogurt smoothie
- You need 1 cup of fresh strawberries.
- You need 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries.
- You need 1 tbsp of organic honey.
- It’s 1 cup of Greek unflavored yogurt (I used Fage).
