  1. It’s 1/2 cup of Oats.
  2. You need 2 tbsp of Honey.
  3. It’s 1/2 cup of Low fat natural yoghurt.

  5. You need 2 of Bananas.
  6. You need 1 of Splash of milk.
  7. It’s 3 of Ice cubes (optional).
  8. It’s 1/2 cup of orange juice (optional).
