Ingredients of Dry fry mix veg

  1. It’s 1 of cauliflower.
  2. It’s 3 of tomatoes.
  3. You need 2 of big onions.
  4. You need of Garlic and ginger optional.
  5. It’s 1 of small bowl peas.
  6. It’s 1 bowl of green beans.
  7. You need 2 of potatoes.
  8. It’s 1 bowl of medium long cut carrot.
  9. Prepare 3 of long cut green chilli optional.
  10. Prepare 1 tablespoon of salt.you can add less or more quantity.
  11. You need 1 tablespoon of deggie mirch.
  12. Prepare Half of tablespoon black pepper powder.
  13. You need 1 tablespoon of kitchen king.
  14. It’s 1 tablespoon of turmeric.

  1. Make the pan hot and put sunflower oil to fry all the vegetables one by one.

  5. Just roast for 3 to 4 minutes and add tomatoes.
  6. Put all the spices gently and sprinkle some water to make nice masala.
  7. After soften the masala and when it start separating oil add all the vegetables and turn the flame very low.
  8. Cover the utensil. vegetables are already soft by frying so check after 2 minutes because it will not take too much to get ready.
  9. After 10 to 12 minutes turn the gas off and let it cover.
  10. Steam will give very nice texture.
  11. Yummy nutritious mix masala veg is ready.
  12. Try once this mouthwatering dish.
